Cecil joined the Society in 2001. He is been an active artist for a considerable number of years having studied under Richard Siemans.
His work is very popular with those who like fine detail in painting. At times people find his work so detailed that it can be misinterpreted for photography with the added touch of 3 dimensional exaggerations to indicate a depth to his subjects.
Cecil is very much admired by his fellow artist for his unselfish assistance to other members.
